What is The Battery Life Saver electronic device?

An electronic device that brings dead batteries back to life, restores functioning batteries to new condition, and keeps batteries from losing capacity and life due to the main cause of battery failure: the buildup of lead sulfate. There are different models for different types of batteries.

Why is The Battery Life Saver electronic device needed?

Golf cart batteries provide the power to propel the cart and operate any other electrical devices installed on the cart from a radio to air conditioning. An electrical current is generated in the battery by a chemical reaction between the lead plates and sulfuric acid electrolyte.

Most golf carts use 6 six Volt batteries for 36 Volts total to power the motor, or 6 eight Volt for a total of 48 Volts. The easiest way to tell the voltage of your cart is to lift the seat and count the filler holes in the top of the battery. 3 equals six Volts and 4 equals eight Volts.

Golf cart batteries are a special type called deep cycle. A deep cycle battery must provide a moderate amount of current for a long period of time and may go days before getting recharged. battery provides very high current for a few seconds and is recharged immediately. Deep cycle batteries are especially prone to sulfate buildup because they work for extended lengths of time before being recharged. This and heat (temperatures over 70 degrees F) accelerate the buildup of sulfate.

You should never use car batteries for a golf cart.

A perfectly good battery will seem dead because lead sulfate has built up on the plates. Lead sulfate crystals form as a result of the chemical reaction that produces electricity. These crystals interfere with the flow of electricity in and out of the battery.

Until now, there has not been an effective way to remove sulfate crystals. 74 million batteries are thrown away ever year, 80% of which could have been recovered.

Today there is a solution. It is called The Battery Life Saver electronic device.

How Does it Work?

Using breakthrough square wave technology, The Battery Life Saver electronic device sends a frequency signal to each crystal of lead sulfate, causing it to dissolve into lead and sulfuric acid. This restores the battery to its original condition and allows the electrical charge to be drawn from the battery.

Benefits of Using The Battery Life Saver electronic device.

It makes old batteries as good as new. It keeps new batteries new, saving time and money. With The Battery Life Saver electronic device, more power is available from your battery and you need less power to charge it. By reducing the number of batteries that get thrown away and put in landfills, The Battery Life Saver electronic device protects the environment. To see the different models, click here.

The Battery Life Saver electronic device Can be Used

in Several Different Ways:

     • To restore a dead or barely usable battery, connect the Battery Life Saver electronic device to the battery, along with your battery charger. A 6 - 10 amp charger works best. The Battery Life Saver electronic device is powered by the battery and only two wires need to be connected, one to each terminal of the battery. Allow the battery to charge until the specific gravity reaches between 1.250 and 1.300. This would be equivalent to a new battery. If you don’t have a hydrometer to measure specific gravity, you can check the voltage while the battery charger is on. If the voltage is over 15 volts, the battery is fully rejuvenated. This process can take several days to as much as many weeks for a badly sulfated battery.

     • To accelerate the de-sulfating process, turn the battery charger off if the battery voltage is at least 11.5 volts. Leave the Battery Life Saver electronic device connected and allow it to run by itself for 12 hours. Then turn the battery charger on and allow it to run for 12 hours or until fully charged (in some cases it can take as few as 6 to 10 hours) with the battery charger on. Do this alternately until the specific gravity is within range.

     • To maintain working batteries, install the Battery Life Saver electronic device on each battery or on a bank of batteries. It rejuvenates the batteries while it is in service. This causes more power to be available from the battery and causes less power to be needed to charge the battery. This is the best way to extend the life of your batteries. It’s like having a brand new battery every time you use it.
